	Once booking from submitted, we will then check the availability with hotel. But second alternative is highly recommended, if there is no space available from the first choice.
	Costs, details of the booking, nd payment due will be notified.
	Bookings are on pre-paid basis, and this means we require payment 14 days in advance before the check-in date. If the requested hotel is not available no changes will be applied.
	Once payment is completed by credit card, we will email you a voucher presented to the hotel when you check-in.

No charge is made to your credit card until your booking is confirmed when you have secured your room reservation by completing our Secure Online Credit Card Form.

1) If the cancellation is received before the 14 days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) preceding your check-in, otherwise stated, a cancellation fee shall not be charged to your credit card.

2) If the cancellation is received between 8-14 days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in, the cancellation charge of 1 night room rate will be levied.

3) If the cancellation is received within 7 days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in, the cancellation charge of 2 nights room rate will be levied.

4) If you failed to cancel your reservation, and /or do not check in to a confirmed hotel, you will be charged of 2 nights room rate.

This is, however, our policy to try and minimize those costs that may occur.

Your personal information, name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number are kept in private and confidential. Accordingly, the private information provided is only accessible by authorized staff and only used for providing the information to book a hotel room. This information, moreover, is strictly controlled and not released or sold to any third parties, except if release is required by law, or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings.
