คีรีตา เกิดจากการผสมผสานของสถาปัตยกรรมในเอเชีย ซึ่งผสมผสานด้วยศิลปะแบบสุโขทัย และอยุธยาที่ให้ความรู้สึกผ่อนคลาย มีห้องพัก หลายรูปแบบ มีทั้งแบบจีน ที่เมื่อเปิดประตูเข้าไปจะพบทางเดินสีแดง และชิงช้า ด้านข้างจะพบกับซุ้มประตูโค้ง ซึ่งเป็นทางเดินผ่านมาสู่ส่วนของห้องนอน เตียงก่อเป็นปูนสีดำ แบบที่สอง แบบบาหลี มีตั่งแบบล้านนาตั้งอยู่บนพื้นไม้ เวลามองจะมองเห็นเงาสะท้อนแสงไฟที่ส่องกระทบหลังคา ดูสวยแปลกตา รูปแบบสุดท้าย นั้นจะพิเศษกว่าห้องอื่น เพราะด้านในห้องน้ำจะมีบันไดสามารถเดินขึ้นไปสู่ดาดฟ้าส่วนตัวได้ ซึ่งจะมองเห็นวิวทะเลจากมุมสูงได้โดยสีสันหลักๆ ที่นำมาใช้ในแต่ละห้องนั้น ประกอบไปด้วยสีโทนร้อนตัดกับสีดำและประดับรูปภาพดอกไม้นานาชนิดที่เขียนบนกระดานไม้เก่าภายในห้องน้ำเป็นห้องน้ำเปิดตรงส่วนที่เป็นอ่างน้ำซึ่งทำด้วยอ่างไม้สักที่สามารถเปิดให้น้ำไหลออกมาได้จากกำแพงหินทราย ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดความรู้สึกอบอุ่น ผ่อนคลายต่อแขกผู้มาเยือน
